Marigolds Update!

Our Marigolds from India which we planted in a window box in our class room are starting to grow much bigger! 

Grass Heads

When we were at Wooly Wards Farm we decorated 

plant pots to make them look like animals. 

Then we planted grass seeds for hair! 

The grass is growing now! 

We think they look great!

Our School Tour 2014

This year we went to Wooly Wards Farm. 
It was lots of fun! We saw lots of animals... chickens, rabbits, ducks, goats, lambs, pigs, mice and gerbils! We went on a pony ride, got a tattoo, decorated plant pots, saw a show, decorated cupcakes and took part in an obstacle course! We visited the fairy woods, collected pine cones and feathers for Scary Mary and jumped across the wonky bridge! 
We had a great day!

Intercultural Day!

We had an Intercultural Day! Each class found out about a food and where it came from Our class found out about Oranges from Spain! We got to go to the hall to see all the other projects!

Our Garden is Growing!

We have been visiting the garden every week to see how it is growing! Our beanstalks are really growing now. We saw lettuce, potatoes, carrots, herbs, onions, beetroot, raspberries, strawberries and gooseberries all beginning to bloom!

The Book Fair

The book fair visited our school! 

We had a wonderful time visiting the book fair and seeing all the new books!

 Well Done to Taya who won a voucher for a free book for some fantastic writing about Little Red Riding Hood!
